1. How do I order a M. E. Bear

   I use a fully secure, on-line ordering system through which you can pay using Paypal. Just click onto "add to cart"to complete your order, with each order individualised with postage for your country. I also accept money orders and direct deposit within Australia. Western Union money tranfer is also accepted from other countries.

2. Do M. E. Bears have identification?

   Yes, all my new M. E. Bears come with a swing tag certificate, a sewn in satin label as well as a Toby Award 2012 charm. A few of the older ones on sale have a swing tag only.

3. Do M. E. Bears come with a guarantee?

   YES! I offer a full money back guarantee that you will love your new addition. I use quality materials and award winning workmanship - all bears are lovingly stitched with the same care and detail as any of my  competition bears. I DO NOT use glue on bears - everything is stitched together so all bears will be an heirloom for future generations to enjoy!

   If you believe that your purchase is not as described on the website I also offer a refund. Refunds are less shipping costs and buyer also pays for return shipping.

4. Can I Layby/Lay Away a M. E. Bear

   Yes! I simply ask that you contact me in reagrds to wishing to lay-by your choice of bear or critter. We can work out terms to suit you. I will then send to you regular Paypal invoices for payments.

5. Are all bears and critters available for adoption

   Check in my webstore to see what is available right now. I generally make one of a kinds. If you see a bear or critters which has been sold - and you would really like one similar you are most welcome to contact me. You can view a selection of bears who have gone to new homes on the adopted pages.

   I am also happy to design and custom make bears/critters on request. Please feel free to contact me with any suggestions.

6. How is my M. E. Bear shipped

   Your precious bear or critter will be sealed in a plastic bag to keep him/her dry. It is then wrapped in  bubble wrap  and sealed in a clean sturdy box for its journey to you. 

7. Are these bears & critters suitable for children

   Sorry, M. E. Bears are  not for small children to play with. M. E. Bears are artist bears and have small parts and contain steel beads in their bellys to give them their gorgeous feel. BUT in saying that, I have had lots of people buy them as a special gift on a babies birth as a special keepsake.
